A leader in the fight against hunger, Daily Bread distributes healthy food through over 200 food banks and meal programs across Toronto. More than a food bank, Daily Bread is there for people with services and programs they need to get back on their feet, including job training, social assistance, affordable housing and education.
Feed The Need in Durham Feed the Need in Durham
We believe “hunger should not be the reason to prevent anyone from a chance to fulfill their potential”. FTND distributes perishable and non-perishable food, as well as non-food items, to 51 food banks, pantries, shelters, meal programs and social service agencies across Durham Region. In 2012, over 3,000,000 pounds of food passed through our warehouse.

LifeCorps (Lyf-Kor) Food Share is a food collection and delivery program serving York Region's Agencies including food banks, homelessness shelters, women's shelters, addiction programs, seniors programs, community meals, homes for the physically and/or mentally challenged, hospice, youth programs, transitional housing,  and non-profit housing.  York Region includes Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, King, Whitchurch/Stoufville, East Gwillumbury, Newmarket, Aurora and Georgina.

The Mississauga Food Bank
The Mississauga Food Bank is the central food bank in Mississauga - Canada's 6th largest city! We provide food for 2.8 million meals each year through over 50 member agencies in neighbourhoods across the city where need is highest. Thousands of children, families and seniors across Mississauga rely on us every day. Our mission is to source, manage and distribute food to achieve a Mississauga where no one goes hungry.

North York Harvest Food Bank
As the primary food bank for northern Toronto, North York Harvest provides dignified food assistance while building strong neighbourhood networks. Each year, we deliver 2 million pounds of critical food support to our partners: neighbourhood food banks, shelters, community kitchens, and pre-natal programs. We envision communities where all members can meet their food needs.

The OAFB is a network of 120 food banks and over 1,100 hunger relief programs and agencies, including: breakfast clubs, school meal programs, community kitchens, emergency shelters, and seniors centres. Together, we serve 412,000 Ontarians, including 160,000 children, every month. For every dollar donated, the OAFB is able to acquire and distribute over $8 worth of food to communities in need. www.oafb.ca.

Hunger is a challenge facing 5% of our population in Waterloo Region. Some neighbours must choose between paying rent or buying food, paying for a school field trip or paying for lunch, buying prescription drugs or buying dinner. Our vision is to channel the community’s energy …so no one goes hungry.

Hamilton Food Share is an umbrella organization that raises and distributes approximately two million pounds of food annually to emergency food programs throughout Hamilton. More than 17,000 people access a food bank every month.  Of those served more than 6,000 are children. Every $1 donated raises $5 worth of food.

The RFDA’s  mandate is “to let no one go hungry in our midst”; representing 40+ feeding programs and food banks, covering an area of 526,372 km². Our commercial kitchen and warehouse teams distribute food to 15 communities. We proudly serve the largest and most geographically diverse region in Ontario; steeped in First Nation, old and new world cultures.

The Banque d’aliments Sudbury Food Bank feeds over 14,000 people each month through 47 member agencies while acting as a distribution centre for Northern Ontario. We are committed to fighting hunger in our community and are only able to do so with the incredible support of people like you.

The Windsor Essex Food Bank Association (WEFBA) is a community based not for profit organization comprised of 18 local food banks. Together we are a cohesive group, who has collectively enhanced our ability to reach thousands of individuals and families in Windsor and Essex County who need emergency food supplies.
