This summer, you are needed!

During the summer months, when school is out, the need for food banks increases. Unfortunately, food banks struggle to keep up with the demand. In fact, by mid-June, you can almost see straight through the empty racks in our warehouse.

Will you take on the challenge this summer to fill your local food banks' shelves? Organize a fundraiser/food drive to ensure that every child, mother and person who turns to a food program this summer is met with fresh produce, protein and pantry items.  

Please register your event/drive: 

Registering  not only officially aligns your event with Daily Bread, it gives you access to a library of helpful resources. Once you are registered login to your "Participant Centre" to find everything from a food drive manual, and promotional posters to an online customizable fundraising page.

To register CLICK on FORM A TEAM. (You can join an existing team by selecting JOIN A TEAM and searching for it).

Set your fundraising goal. If you only plan on collecting food, you have the option to set your monetary goal as zero. 

You can expect an email confirming your registration and with more instructions on setting up a successful campaign! 

 

WHERE CAN I DROP MY FOOD DONATIONS?

Click here to find a location nearest you. To order a bin or schedule a pick up for large collections (250 lbs+), fill out the bin delivery or collection pick-up request forms in your 'participant centre' activated when you registered.
